We are delighted to introduce our very first Barrel Aged Blanc de Blancs. Produced from 100% Chardonnay this 2013 Blanc de Blancs was fermented in stainless steel before being aged in barrel for six months. It has spent a minimum of 30 months on lees before disgorgement.

It's tasting absolutely delicious - subtly spicy notes of vanilla, honey and citrus flavours with a creamy, rich finish. We think it's tasting pretty great on it's own, but with food it's absolutely delicious.
